Engagements are scoped per project, not sold as retainers. Most initial builds run between $3,000 and $10,000 depending on complexity. I give you a fixed-price proposal after the discovery call — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

How long does a typical engagement take?

Most projects run 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff to handoff. The timeline depends on scope — a single automation workflow takes 2-3 weeks; a full data pipeline with a reporting layer takes 6-8. You'll see a detailed timeline in the proposal.

What's included — just strategy, or do you actually build things?

I build the system. Strategy is only useful if it ships. You get a working technical deliverable — code, configuration, documentation — not a slide deck.
